Welcome to the Zeta Xi chapter of Delta Sigma Pi at Lewis University.

My name is Marc Kirby, and I have the privilege of serving as Chapter President for the 2025–2026 academic year. I joined Delta Sigma Pi seeking personal and professional growth, and what I found was a strong, values-driven community committed to excellence, leadership, and lasting connection.

Since joining, I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside individuals who hold themselves to high standards and genuinely support one another. This organization has challenged me to lead with purpose and to think not just about what’s best for today, but what’s best for the future of our chapter.

Our goals this year are centered around building consistency, increasing member engagement, and expanding the impact of our programming—both within our university and in our broader network of alumni and professionals. We are committed to developing principled leaders, fostering meaningful relationships, and creating opportunities that empower every member to reach their full potential.
